I highly recommend SA Off Grid.Greg, his son Jamie and the rest of the team did a great job with our 10KW SunSynk inverter, 10KW Freedom Won battery and 18 x Canadian Solar 605W panel installation at the end of 2024. Very neat, professional and Greg knows his solar!Our main reasons for choosing them are that they are a registered and approved solar installer. One must keep that in mind, as insurance companies these days will look for any reasons not to pay out if something goes wrong. Also for the warranties that you have on the solar products.We had a problem after the installation, with my Freedom Won battery that I supplied, Greg went the extra mile to sort it out with Freedom Won. It needed a software upgrade from their side - all done online. So the after installation service is also great! We will definitely use them again when we add an extra battery to our system and say goodbye to Eksdom.Thank you and regardsWerner - Kragga Kamma - PEPS: It is so nice to have power while the neighbourhood has loadshedding.

We had the pleasure to deal with Greg and his team at SA Off Grid. I phoned three different companies for quotes. Greg was able to see me on the same day; he came after hours to be able to fit us in. Three days later our system was up and running. Greg was straight forward, knew what he was talking about and did not push his product. The team was such a pleasure to deal with. Neat, efficient and friendly. I waited 3 weeks before I wanted to write this review to make sure this really is as good as I was experiencing it. I am happy to say that the after service is amazing. Greg is always available to answer our stupid questions. Thank you SA Off Grid.

Greg and his team installed my solar system in May 2023. I have a 8kW inverter and started off with 2 x 5.5kW life batteries and 10 x 550W which I expanded on a few months later. I have deliberately delayed my review so I could witness the after sales service. We have had only two small issues which were promptly sorted out. I would from my experience highly recommend Greg and his team.

What an incredible company! Greg, his son, and the whole installation team have been amazing. From the 1st day, I made a call, Greg was completely reassuring and convincing. After having phoned two other companies, I had already decided about my call with Greg the first time. We went for an 8kW SunSynk + x2 5kW battery installed in 1 day. The system is running perfectly. Today, we added x2 more 5kW installed in 2 hours.Finding a trustworthy, reliable, and great after-sale service company like SA Off Grid Power is rare, especially in the current SA solar industry market. Had the most amazing experience with Greg and his team. From the time I accepted his quote I was updated on my installation in Port Alfred. As I could not be present when installation was done. I left the install in their capable hands and guidance. Everything done within 1 week. No waiting, no excuses he just got on with the job.
